poor customer service ordered a bedroom set they replaced it three times because i had to threaten with a lawyer. they tried to m ake me pay a delivery charge for the other two times that they had to come replace the mattress i bought. They wanted to not come out the third time to even look at it i didnt even sleep on the mattress at this point. The only reason they came out is because i threatened them with a lawyer and the better buisness bureau i dont think any one should be treated like that very bad customer service 128447d

| 1. Written by I had a recently bad experienc on August 28, 2009 from wilmington, delaware, US My mattress wasnt cheap and was delivered filthy and torn like six inches torn. It wasnt easy getting my money back they wanted to exchange it. Ummm like I trust them now? Its like getting hair in your food do you really want another plate? They charged me a restocking fee even tho' the mattress was obviously defective it didnt even come in my house (too dirty) it was here like five min and still bagged. I wouldnt shop them again dont trust them they hem hawed and harrassed too much about return too just not good cust serv. |
