I have had great service from Lemoyne Sleeper! They did not dodge the issues I had with a furniture delivery and went out of their way to keep me informed. I realize that damage is most often caused by trucking companies and Lemoyne had no control over this aspect of my purchase.

I was able to keep my existing delivery until replacements arrived and there was never a mention of any extra delivery charges. They inspected my replacements BEFORE delivery and called me to let me know that everything looked fine....and it was.

I don't know which Lemoyne store the "pissed off" folks dealt with, but my experience in dealing with their home office in Lemoyne made me feel that there are still companies out their who WANT to solve my problems rather than pass the buck!

The matress I purchased along with my furniture is fabulous and I LOVE the fact that I am able to flip it over (unlike most other matresses out there) to keep it in shape for the twenty years they warranty if for!

Bought a bed from here and couldn't be happier. After being experiencing the rudeness of Mattress Warehouse and the high pressure sales tactics of some of the other stores I looked at, it was a breath of fresh air coming to Lemoyne Sleeper in Chambersburg. So helpful and knowledgeable. Will shop there again

I had bad customer service after my mattress was delivered filthy and torn (six inches torn). 

They were not easy to deal with but this is in SE PA.
